WE'RE STILL DANCING, BUT TAKING A LITTLE TIME OFF.

Our Dear Blogging Friends,

The past two months have been quite hectic for me and our family and it has become harder for me to keep up with my blogging as much as I would like to and not to mention, posting.

A month ago, my daughter Ashley, was diagnosed with Colitis and also with a large tumor on one her ovaries. The next week, I fell and broke my nose. This past Wednesday, Ashley had surgery to remove the tumor which was binign and came home today. We feel very blessed!

Ashley has two babies that are only eleven months apart. Yep, you heard right! The youngest is four months old and she is here with us this week and her fifteen month old brother has been staying with his other grandparents.

On Monday, I am going up to help take care of Ashley and her family for several days every week. She can't lift the babies for six weeks so I will be sort of out of pocket until then.

However, I will bring my lap top and try to keep up with everyone's posts when I have some down time in the evenings. That is, if I can still stay awake after I put the babies to bed. I'm not sure when I we will be posting next, but I will have to play that by ear also.

Riley and Star are still dancing their little feet off and will continue Dancing With The Star but the show's schedule is uncertain for right now and most likely, I will post from time to time on the weekends when I'm home.

We love hearing from all of you and we promise to stay in touch whenever we can until things get back to normal again.

Love to all of you,

Stephanie.

Oh my goodness. Your family has their paws full right now. I'll keep my paws crossed for everyone to get back on their feet and their tails wagging. You two will need to give your two leggers lots and lots of love and understanding. Snuggles to you all.

Hi Stephanie, Riley & Star,

It's good to know that Ashley is ok. Do take your time with the family. Family is #1 and we hope that we get to entertain you when ever you get the chance to see our posts. We consider you our friends here and that would not change as you take it easy on the postings.

Take care and we pray for you and your family with Star and Riley to be well.

Beth here! I am so happy all turned out okay. Now it's just the "little" things that take up SO much time.... Deep breaths and lots of prayers! Before you know it all will be back to normal! Take care....and as far as your little dancers I think all of us can just close our eyes and see them even if you don't post any pics for awhile!

Stephanie, Riley and Star,

We are really sorry about the medical problems going on with you and your family. We wish Ashley all the best in her recovery!!!

Stephanie, please try to take care of yourself first, because if you are not feeling good then you cannot be of help.

As far a Riley and Star go I,m pretty sure that they could use a bit of a rest, my gosh they have been dancing non stop for weeks now!!!

We will keep you and your family in our thoughts and prayers.

You have a lot to deal with right now. Mom fully understands the fatigue that can set in from little ones with all the grandkids here. We are so sad your daughter has to go through this but so thankful for a benign report. Hope the nose is healing nicely. Don't worry about the blog - we will all still be here cheering and voting for Riley and Star and for your family too.

Hey guys,
Wow, what a pawful lot is going on in your household. First, what a relief that your human sister is alright. Second, hope your human's nose is feeling better. I will be crossing my paws really tight for both of them, that they heal well. I bet your human will have a great time with the little 2-legger! Don't feel bad if she has less time for you, I'm sure she'll make it up to ya!
Your pal,
Sedona
